Spicy Garlic Brussels Sprouts
I can honestly say that I had not tried brussels sprouts until just this year! I think I just always had it in my head that they were gross or hard to cook. Was I ever wrong! Not only are these extremely beneficial health-wise, they’re extremely flavorful and delicious!
Serves 2 people
1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
3 Tbs olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt to taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add brussels sprouts. Boil for 2 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add brussels sprouts and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add crushed red pepper, season with salt, and cook for 3-4 more minutes or until browned and tender.
